Located in the heart of New York City on Park Avenue South, the New York office has a long history of design, practice, and environmental leadership in the Northeast and beyond. Established in 1951, the office now has over 100 professionals applying a diversity of experience and culture to projects ranging from major new high-rise buildings and expansions to detailed renovations and strategic planning. The office specializes in Corporate + Commercial + Civic, Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, and Science + Technology architecture, Interiors, and Planning + Strategies. In 2006, the office relocated to a new sustainably-designed space near Union Square and is anticipating a LEED Silver rating. The 2007 acquisition of Guenther 5 Architects further strengthens the New York office's sustainable healthcare and educational practice.
