Busby recently stopped by GOOD's Los Angeles headquarters to talk about sustainable design and how a background in philosophy has helped shape the way he looks at his work: “When I came out of university, I decided I wanted to do good. When I came into architecture, I found there was a great possibility of improving people’s lives,” says Busby. He later explains, “We use a lot of wood in these buildings and the reason is because it’s the only building material there is made by the sun and all of its life it does good.”
