Opened in 2007, Perkins+Will Philadelphia has recently relocated to new offices on the 39th floor of the Bell Atlantic building in downtown Philadelphia. The growing office of ten people has specific strengths in architecture, interiors and planning for healthcare, higher education and science + technology projects. The office has recently completed its first project, the renovation of the University of Pennsylvania Chemistry Labs, which opened to students in the fall of 2009. Other current work includes the New Regional Medical Center for the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in East Norriton, Pennsylvania, and a new temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Philadelphia.
