Garrett serves as the Director for Learning + Development where he directs the design and delivery of our educational, training and organizational development programs. He has more than 25 years of experience in performance development and implementation of training programs. He is an expert in instructional design and organizational development solutions for technical and leadership/management skills. He has developed and implemented our Project Management Development program, Leadership Institute (leadership development program) and Learning Center program. Garrett's experience includes working with the United States government, academic institutions and Fortune 500 corporations.
