Jean offers a national perspective on healthcare. She is recognized for bringing innovation and strategic vision to a wide variety of healthcare planning and design projects. Jean specializes in leading project teams for health science centers, teaching hospitals and academic medical centers worldwide. Throughout her 25-year career, clients have benefited from her consistent involvement in the total design process, a hands-on approach to programming and planning, and unmatched energy and enthusiasm. Jean also serves on the firm's Board of Directors.

Recent project successes include the implementation of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center at the University of California, Los Angeles; planning and design services for the hospital expansion project at Oregon Health and Science University and planning for the New Clinical Building at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
