As Managing Principal of the Seattle office, Kay provides strategic and financial direction. For more than 20 years, she has been recognized for her leadership skills and her ability to plan and design program driven facilities. Kay's project work ranges from public to private and is most recently focused on Science + Technology and Corporate facilities. She has undertaken research and development and manufacturing projects for clients such as Merck/Rosetta, GSK and Bayer as well as public projects for King County Library System, the Department of Ecology and City of Tacoma.

Kay is active in several industry organizations including National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association, International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering and Pacific Real Estate Industry.
