Marlene serves as the interior design director and discipline leader for interiors for our Miami office. For more than 27 years, she has successfully delivered innovative and thoughtful design solutions that exceed her client's expectations. Her approach is built on advancing the business goals of her clients, supporting the organization's culture and maximizing their productivity. Her work has perpetuated a tradition of insight, cultivated a spirit of team collaboration and promoted thought leadership with rare expertise resulting in multiple design awards, publications and numerous long-term client accounts.

Marlene served as the design principal for notable, award winning projects such as American Airlines Admirals Clubs globally, HBO Latin America Group, Perry Ellis International and Hospital Unversitario San Vicente de Paul Hospital in Rio Negro, Colombia. The Miami Chapter of the American Institute of Architects honored her with the Interior Designer of the Year Award for her excellence in leadership and notable architecture and interior design. Marlene is a member of the International Interior Design Association, Interior Design Associations Foundation, Society of American Registered Architects and Commercial Real Estate Women.
