Pat Bosch is internationally recognized for her design work specializing in higher education, science + technology, corporate headquarters, K-12 schools and civic buildings. She routinely uses her collaboration skills bringing diverse constituencies together to generate ideas. Her experience includes the City of Miami Beach City Hall Annex, the Caribbean Technology Center, Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute at Lake Nona, Miami Dade College School of Aviation and the expansion and renovation of the historic Hotel Victor in South Beach, for which she received the Barbara Capitman Historic Preservation Award.
Her projects have been honored with multiple design awards by the Florida American Institute of Architects, the Miami American Institute of Architects, the Society of American Registered Architects and various industry entities. Her work has been published in architectural magazines and client industry journals and she participates in the nationally recognized think tank for Learning Environments of the 21st Century organized by the American Architectural Foundation.
Born in Cuba and having lived in Spain, Puerto Rico, New York, Zurich and Miami, Pat brings a global perspective to her practice. Speaking four languages and understanding the diversity of cultures has allowed her to practice regionally and internationally. She holds a Bachelor of Design and Architecture degree from the University of Puerto Rico, a Masters of Architecture from Columbia University and attended the ETH in Zurich, Switzerland. Pat has lectured at the University of Florida, University of South Florida, Florida International University and the University of Miami and has served as a visiting critic at Florida International University and as adjunct professor at the University of Miami for several years.
