Paul pioneered our approach to strategic planning. With more than 25 years of consulting experience in the field of pre-architectural programming, long-range master planning and strategic facility development, he brings his passion for encouraging the diverse ways people work, collaborate and play to his roles as Managing Director of the New York office and National Director of the Planning + Strategies discipline. Paul's design-based advisory services strategically tie clients' business goals to a variety of scales of space from an entire real estate portfolio to an individual's workspace. Post-occupancy evaluations are key to this successful integration. His ability to envision and communicate the workplace of the future united with a specific organization's internal culture, mission, vision and values drives the development and organization of many of the firm's most forward-thinking office projects.

Prior to joining us in 2002, Paul served as President of Paul Eagle Associates, a strategic consulting firm and Vice President and Director of Advisory Consulting for HOK. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies as well as a Master of Arts in Architecture and Urban Planning from UCLA.
