As co-director of our Sustainable Design Initiative (SDI), Paula ensures that sustainable ideas are an integral part of our projects and practices. She coordinates sustainability efforts across our offices, teaches sustainable design workshops and speaks frequently on sustainable construction, business practices and visioning.

A registered architect and member of LEED® Faculty, Paula has the type of broad-based experience that generates a unique, holistic approach to her work and demonstrates an involved, hands-on attitude in all phases of the design and construction process. Paula has been project architect for a wide variety of projects with a focus on sustainable, high-performance buildings including many LEED certified, LEED registered and Green Guide for Health Care registered projects. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and 2010 President of AIA Atlanta. In addition, she is USGBC LEED Faculty, serves on the USGBC National Education Development Committee and Chairs the Board of USGBC Georgia Chapter.
