This new 320,000 square foot office building and parking deck consolidates several divisions of the CDC National Center for Environmental Health that had been dispersed around metro Atlanta. The first of a three phase office expansion, the unique and efficient configuration of the office building and parking deck defines a future expansion strategy for the Campus.

The office building and parking provide facilities for 900 employees with the first phase, and includes a data center, credit union, conference facility and access to terraced outdoor plazas. A full service cafeteria is also included in this phase, with a dramatic main dining hall expressed as a prominent architectural feature. Designed with sustainable building strategies, the project is projected to achieve a LEED Silver designation.
