Mill City Clinic, from its location to its design to its aesthetics, is the epitome of healthcare redefined. The clinic is located in Minneapolis' historic Mill District in the new Zenith Condominiums building and across the street from the Guthrie Theatre. The clinic eloquently integrates art and healing to create an inspirational and inviting healthcare environment designed to promote positive patient outcomes. More specifically, the clinic's design incorporates a soft contemporary touch that leverages the unique characteristics of the building and the location. Tall verticals provide space for glass clearstories and light coves that allow natural light to permeate exam rooms. Draperies mimic stage curtains used in performance venues to provide waiting room privacy while giving passers-by a glimpse inside. Original artwork graces the walls of the reception space to create a gallery experience for patients.
