OFS Brands needed to showcase products from three of its companies within a single 16,000 square foot showroom. The challenge was to communicate each company's unique character and expertise while maintaining a relationship with the greater goals of the larger organization.

The design solution gave each brand equal presence while optimizing the grand scale of the combined space. It employs four key organizational planning elements including a large consolidated entrance or "front porch," a common reception foyer or greeting place, a uniform treatment of the light court and strategic placement of the various product suites relative to the existing building architecture.

The three discrete brand entrances are situated under a large entrance set back from the long building corridor creating a spacious "front porch." Graphic light boxes at each entrance serve as opportunities for each company to create its unique brand statement. Each company suite is strategically located featuring its own distinct architectural vocabulary and finishes.
