This project involves the development of 40,400 square feet of tenant improvement for physician groups within the shell of an existing building. The client desired an updated look for their clinical spaces that portrayed a modern and progressive outlook while remaining comfortable and relaxing. The project included the development of space for 26 physicians and support space including a pediatrics area, an imaging department, laboratory and administrative services areas.

The clinical environments are flexible and modular to allow for changes in use over time. A plan was also developed that allowed for large group practices to be housed in contiguous space without bifurcating the clinical spaces with corridors. This allows for clear circulation for patients, staff and physicians utilizing a pod concept centered around three nurses stations.
