We were selected as the winner of the Shanghai International Medical Zone Master Plan Competition, which was organized by the Shanghai Municipal Government.

The project consists of 40,000,000 square feet of medical treatment and medical R&D facilities. It is located on two parcels of agricultural land totaling 500 hectares in Pudong, Nanhui district, Shanghai. The program consists of the following six functional areas: 1. International Hospital Zone; 2. Rehabilitation Zone; 3. Medical School Zone; 4. Medical Research Zone; 5. International Conference Center/Hotel Zone; 6. Medical Equipment Exhibition and R&D Zone.
