Perkins+Will has been working with the General Services Administration client for the past four years, providing strategic planning, architecture, interior architecture and mechanical/electrical engineering services for its existing facilities as well as for the future headquarters facility.
Projects with the client include:
• Develop a Program of Requirements for the new headquarters building
• Prepare a Program Development Study for the St. Elizabeth's site
• Design and documentation of the new headquarters building to be located at the St. Elizabeth's site
• Relocation of special use areas to the current building
• 300,000 square feet of expansion space
