The concept of a YMCA combined with affordable housing is the first of its kind which sets the pace for the other Y’s nationally. This combination meets the community’s need for affordable housing and the services a traditional YMCA offers: child care, wellness and exercise & fitness programs. This YMCA is also the first to be built by the Greater Miami Chapter in over 40 years.

Following the client’s vision, the spaces are energized to encourage learning and provide a sense of security. This interior build out includes a Child Care wing and a Wellness Center.
